Queen’s Anniversary Prize

If you didn’t know already the NCCA won the Queen’s Anniversary Prize! It’s great to see the University being recognised for their work, and it makes me extremely proud to be part of the NCCA, even if I am only a first year!

The Queen’s Anniversary Prize is the UK’s most prestigious form of national recognition available to a UK academic or vocational institution and has been awarded for the talent, commitment and knowledge of our National Centre for Computer Animation (NCCA) in BU’s Media School. For the past 23 years, the NCCA has been at the forefront of computer animation education and research in the UK and graduates have made a global impact upon the film industry.
