Introducing the opening scene from my 2nd year group project. Quies Ante means calm before, which relates to how the ship is trying to avoid a storm in the latter stages of the final piece.

In this shot I was responsible for ship modelling, environment (clouds), compositing, animation, rendering and technical direction. The project was plagued with problems, but never the less I was pleased with some of the shots and felt I learnt a huge amount from the project.
